Help with BIOS caching & shadowing settings

Dell / OPTIPLEX GX280

Specs: Windows XP, 2.793 GHz / 502 MB
My system is shutting down every 15 mins and asking me to disable Bios memory but I dont seem to find it . can you walk me on where to click and what commands to use to get there? I have tried the F8 command but cannot continue from there also I have tried F2 but still cant see anything like caching and shadowing . Please help. thanks

You're not gonna find many BIOS options on a Dell machine. How about telling us what the exact error message is?
