Help undo corrupted BIOS caused by flashing

Specs: Windows 10, INTEL PENTIUNM/2GB
please help me. l update my bios after its telling plugin ac power supply, i connect my charger after bios update running shutdown my lab some codings automatically running after 30 mins only black screen showing. so i remove my charger and i try on the laptop but its not coming bios how to fix the problem.

What make and model is your laptop, and why did yo decide to update (flash) the bios?

BIOS updates should only be done if absolutely essential and are a known fix for a particular problem (such as installing a different CPU). Even then you have to be very careful because if something goes wrong you can brick your motherboard. They are not something you routinely update.

Check with the manufacturer to see if they provide some sort of reset.

Did you attempt the BIOS update while running on battery power? If you did, it was a bad move. You should ALWAYS have the AC adapter connected before performing a BIOS update. There may be no way to recover your system without professional help, but you can try this - unplug the AC, remove the battery, then press & hold the power button for at least 20 seconds. Then replace the battery, plug in the AC, & try booting.
