|Your Motherboard is new enough that it should be 48 bit LBA compliant. That means support for drives larger than 127GB. The drive itself appears to have a SATA I jumper which may be needed because your SATA contoller/s are SATA I and the drive is SATA II.|
You will also need to have at least service pack one integrated into your WinXP CD if you plan on installing it on that drive using one large partition.
I suggest you use the Western Digitial software to prep the drive prior to installing Windows. Create multiple partitions with the first one for Windows about 20GB. A second partition for your programs and a third or more for other stuff.
