Have a bios password without putting one in

Specs: Windows 7, Intel Atom N455 (1.6GHz) 512 KB cache
Good Day,

I have just acquired an Acer Aspire One D255E Netbook, and the problem I have with this netbook is this. When I turn on the netbook I get a black screen with a blue dialog box which says ENTER CURRENT PASSWORD? I am not able to get to the bios to flash it or do anything else. I donot have a password on this machine. I cannot go into safe mode, F12 does nothing neither does F8or any function keys. I have searched the internet and finding similar problem but with no solutions and if I do get recommendations, when I try them they do not work either. How can you help me with this problem. Thanks a million

You need to contact the manufacturer and be prepared to prove ownership.

Flashing the BIOS or clearing the CMOS will not help and there is no back door password.

Why don't you ask the person you "acquired" this netbook from for the password?

You will have to do a bios recovery
