Hard drive power plug pin dislocated

Specs: Windows XP
The power pin of my hard drive is delocated! Do i need to solder it?? Should I take it to a service center or should I just take it to a person who can solder it?

If you just solder it, it will probably come off the next time you unplug it. A better repair would be to solder a short male plug with leads bypassing the existing plug.

Very much important. Please suggest something. And I meant dislocated! Is it OK to open up the hard disk? because the service center guy told me he'll open it. But I read in one of the answers that is it not a good idea to open it if you want to keep the data. What do you say?

There is no need to open the sealed part of a hard disk in order to fix the power plug, the power plug is on the outside on the circuit board. . Unless you are experienced in soldering I would get someone else to do the job for you, A weak or faulty power connection could lead to data loss.
