Gtx 460 vs gtx 560-non ti

Specs: Windows 7, phenom II x 4 970 / 8gb ddr3
Can someone please explain the difference between a gtx 460 and gtx 560-non ti model? they both have 336 cores, 32 rops, and 1gb gddr5.

Gtx 560 is gtx 560Ti underclocked(core speed from 822 - 812mhz, shader 1645 - 1600mhz, reduced unified shaders etc).
Gtx 460 and 560 are two different v-cards(use different GPU, even power consumption is different etc.)
nVidia release gtx 560 to replace gtx 460, it is clear gtx 560 outpeform gtx 460 but overclocked gtx 460 outpeform gtx 560.

hey thanks for the reply. i know this is an old post. i actually bought a gtx 560ti for another build. i clocked both cards to 900mhz on the core and tested in my gaming rig and found the performance increase was less than 10%. i should have gone for the 570. the increase between the gtx 460 and gtx 560 would have been minimal.
