Green lines down screen - Video Card Crash?

Specs: Windows XP
So I installed Starcraft II on my Dell Vostro with a NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT. I have plenty of RAM to run this.. and have dumped some old games to free up space. Over to course of playing it about a month, my computer got slower and it would freeze more frequently with blue screen memory dump restarts. Eventually I turned on my computer and I see green lines in groups (about 7 lines per group) with 5 groups running vertically across my screen. I can no longer open up SC II and my card seems like its permanently messed up because I did a system restore with no effect.

When I go into device manager and click on the video card I see this under the device status:

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device.

Does anyone know what I should do? I tried installing the newest drivers and that did nothing.

That's really odd because I also have a Dell Vostro with a GeForce 8800 GT which is now having the same exact problem. Anyone have a solution?
