Hi

I was thinking of upgrading my GPU so that I can play some games. I don't play heavy games like Crysis or Battle Field but games like NFS and Modern Warfare. It does not matter if I can't run a game or two because I am more of a HD Movie person. I have 2 monitors set up. I play games on a 19" LCD at 1024x768res for better performance and watch movies on a 23" Samsung LED at 1920x1080res.

My current system specs are:

Processor: Intel Core2Duo E7400@ 2.8Ghz
RAM: Kingston DDR2 800Mhz 2GB x 2 = 4GB (Underclocked to 533Mhz)
HDD: Seagate 250GB SATA
Motherboard: ASUS P5KPL-VM
ASUS DVDRW+ Drive x 2
Graphics: Elite Group nVidia9400GT
PSU: Don't know about the brand but its a 450W with a 120MM fan inside of case.

Now I am thinking of upgrading the Graphic Card. The options I have are between Brands XFX, Inno3D and EliteGroup.

I am in Pakistan so there is no online shopping option for me. My budget is 70USD(6000PKR) but I can go upto 80USD(7000PKR) if the option is worth it.
There is only one online buying option for me and the cards on this website are all that are available in the market.

The options are:
1> Inno3D GT220 for 5700PKR
2> ECS (EliteGroup) GT220 for 5700PKR
3> Inno3D GT240 for 6500PKR
4> XFX GT240 for 7200PKR
5> XFX HD5670 for 7000PKR
Now only option 1 and 2 are in my budget so if any of the other options is worth the extra money I can go for it. Please make following things clear:

- How are the two brands Inno3D and ECS in terms of quality and durability?
- Which is better the XFX GT240 for 200PKR more or the HD5670 for 200PKR less?
- Should I get the Inno3D GT240 for 700PKR less then the XFX?

Please help me out on this.

I got the eVGA GT430. I had a 450W power supply and had 4 fans and 2 optical drives and other stuff and the power supply was 3 years old. The minimum requirement for the 5670 was a 400W and recommended was 450W. I did not have a big budget so I got the 430 by eVGA.

400-450W is a requirements for the whole system, the video card alone use less than 75w. A good quality 300-350w can run hd 5670 fine. Fans use little power and optical drives use power when they reading or write disc.
