More than likely you didn't install the CPU heatsink/fan properly.

You did not list your heat sink. You did not mention the case you are using. You did not mention your cooling fan(s), how many, and in what configuration.

You could need to reset heat sink:
You could have poor airflow through your case due to too many fans or the incorrect configuration. You NEED one exhaust fan (blowing out) at the top rear of your case. You CAN have one fan blowing in at the bottom front. You should NOT have side fans disrupting the airflow. You should consider airflow when you position hard drives (space between) and wiring bundles in your case. You may need an aftermarket heat sink, but if you are not overclocking, you should be fine with the stock one.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

@Fingers thanks for the reply..

I m using Default Sink that comes with Intel processor and Cooler Master's IC Essential E2 Thermal Paste.

I m using Cooler Master Half with 1x200mm Fan at bottom front and 1x200mm Fan at top back also 1x100mm fan at the back top of the cabinet by default.

I have checked the fitting of the CPU heat sink and i feel it its ok.

But i just found out when i was playing CitiesXL 2011 game... 1st core of my processor is being used 100% and rest 7 are barely used say 2~10% at max... this may be a factor... should i contact Intel for this...
