Specs: Windows 8
I am in tech support, and I can repair computers. I read hear about the same problem as mine, almost, the kept another tech stumped. I did switch around the RAM, the beeps stopped, but it still just powers up & no video at all. The flashing LED is also the scroll lock.

Ok but unless you give us the details of what is happening, we have nothing to go by. Start from the begining, tell us your system specs, and detail the problem you are experiencing.

Hi, sorry about that, it was probably late when I typed that up, lol. OK, Fujitsu Lifebook A6030. The graphics just stopped working one day and I used the vga port for awhile but I couldn't take it anywhere. I opened it up just to make sure something hadn't dislodged it but nothing had. After I put it back together, it began with the series of four short beeps. I followed what the other article said and switched the RAM around and it stopped with the beeps codes. But the screen stays black, the fan comes on and runs at full speed until I long press the power button. I can no longer get video with an extra monitor. I need this to work, thanks everybody for taking the time to discuss my issues, lol.
