Solved Front I/O Cable Failure BIOS error from Dell Optiplex 390SFF

Specs: Windows 10
I cannot write on old discussion, but an user called DanielBryan had resolved the problem! Can you tell us the specific way to do it? Because I really don't understand!
I had to move on a normal case because I had the Optiplex 390 SFF (Small Form Factor) so I cannot plug any Gaming GPU in that case, except only for the low profile GPU, but they costs a lot!
I have the same error, every other command works fine, power switch, reset switch, HD led and so on, but still remain the annoing Front I/O Cable Failure...
Maybe with a video on youtube or with some picture can you tell us how to work around this annoing problem? Thanks so much!

It's a proprietary motherboard & needs the Dell front panel I/O assembly, part # 9F4N6. Maybe you can take it out of the old case? https://www.impactcomputers.com/9f4...
