To access these settings you put a series of numbers and dot (the IP) into the address bar of your browser. These are typically something like 192.168.1.1. If you have not changed the router access username and password they are commonly either blank or admin. As given above, the manual will help. If you Reset the router then the access details will restore back to what it gives in the manual.
I've never tried it but this program, run on the computer, claims to find it:

The other way forward is to Reset the router then set a new password
