Filling out an old PC upgrades need help

Asus motherboard / P4sd-la

Specs: Windows XP Media Center, 3.0GHz/4GB RAM
I was wondering what power supply I should use when upgrading everything else in the computer. Right now it is all default crap. 200w power, GeForce 5200.

I also am wondering what the maxed out graphics could be for this. I was looking at the GeForce 7600 GS 512mb 8x

Looks like you are already maxed on that graphics card for that MoBo. A 500 watt supply should be more than enough for what you have.

"Realtek AC'97" is a bad system. I have a BoBo with one of these and yes I had the same issues. The best solution was to disable the it and got another Sound Card because even when I found a driver that worked, it caused conflicts with other hardware on my computer. Just something to consider.
