my PC dell is not working it has a problem
when I power it it dont display nothing just fan is forking with fast speed
can you help me what it the problem

Post your system specs (CPU, motherboard, RAM, etc) or the make/model of your computer. If it's a laptop, we need to know that.

You need to start on hardware diags. Pick some web site for steps and start.

1/3 of highway deaths are caused by drunks. The rest are by people who can't drive any better than a drunk.

The fan will run fast until the bios takes over its speed control, which is usually a second or two. You probably get no beeps either. My # 2 here has some things to check:
