Hello.
I have a printer Canon MX410 - all-in-one.
My OS is Mojave 10.14.1
After I upgraded to this version I still can print but fail to scan.
When I try to open Scanner I've got this error:
'An error occurred while communicating with the scanner. (-9923)
I called Cannon but they don't support my model anymore and they don't provide drivers.
Any idea how it could be fixed?
Thanks

Another way is to use Linux on a CD/DVD or a thumb drive.
You can either install it on a spare drive or run it off the CD/DVD or a thumb drive.
That is called Live.

I see Canon still have drivers for Linux, which will probably come with Linux distro.

- Johnw,
Thanks for reply.
I tried to download
Canon-PIXMA-MX410-Driver 07-57-33-003.shtml
But failed.
I've got 'file not found'
I checked that VueScan is too expensive for me because I scan very occasionally.
Any idea how to download that package? Or other suggestions?
Thanks
