|We've been using it for our POS for over a year, and today it suddenly wouldn't print at all. It's connected to a router because an identical printer is in the kitchen, which prints out the kitchen orders just fine. But the one out here for printing the receipts and bar orders suddenly won't print.|
The orange error light is on, and when I ping it, it responds in less than 1ms. It's got a new spool of paper, we've tried reseting it and the PC, but the orange light is still there and it still won't print. :(
Can someone please help?
