EPSON NX420 printer - Error-replace ink after install new ca

August 21, 2018 at 23:15:58
Specs: Android
I recently installed all brand new Epson ink cartridges in my printer and Now, 3 weeks and 2 small print jobs later, printer is giving an error message saying cartridges need to be replaced due to low ink, again! How do I get around this or fix it? There's no way the ink has been used up. Help please!

Hi Rubio,

were the Cartridges you installed, official ones from Epson or oem ones?

Good Luck - Keep us posted

It's possible the cartridges were bad out of the box. Take them back to where you purchased them and have them replace the bad ones.

Hi Rubio,

have you seen the other thread recently posted in this Forum with same Epson problem.

Maybe there is a bad batch of Cartridges.

Good Luck - Keep us posted.
