enable dma in asus laptop in windows 7

Specs: Windows 7 Home Premium, Intel Core i3 M 370/2 GB
Slow burning DVD in Asus K52, Windows 7, DVD burning 1 hour, cant find Properties and Advanced Settings in Device Manager to access DMA settings. There is no DMA information in the laptop.

If not in bios or device settings the only other place it might be if at all would be on the drive but unlikely.

Why did it take me over a year to phone in a problem to ATT?

Might be your burn app is wrong. Go to portableapps for a no install one and try it.

Be sure the disks are new too.
