Enter more details...I installed the printer in my new computer and tried to print. It cancelled the job and told me toshut off the printer, open the top, remove the print cartridges and reinstall and then print.,..it comes up with the same error...
Because you never gave us the info, use your printer name and model and then google for updated drivers for windows 7. If there are no updated drivers, use the compatibility mode as administrator and run it in the mode that works.
