Dual boot Win7 & Win8 dvd blu ray burners disappeared

Specs: Windows 7, 16gb
my dvd drives[burners] dissappear after ashort time in w7 & w8
and i have ALL the power saveing options set to NEVER...ALL of them.
rebooting brings them back but they are soon gone again
and im lucky to get a full dvd burn completed..very anouying / irritateing...
i am running
amd fx-8150 processor
Gigabyte 990fxa-ud7 mb
16 gb 1600 ddr3 mem
2x msi twin frozr 2 amd radeon video crds
lg blue ray 4x writer combo
msi dvd writer combo
11 TB hd space
duel boot...3x
windows 8prv
windows 7 ultimate x64
windows 7 ultimate x86

Start at event logs.

I get the feeling some major issue is wrong with the motherboard.
