No, the motherboard is for AMD processors and you have an Intel processor.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

"ASUS PRIME A320M-K AMD Ryzen AM4 DDR4"

You should be able to tell from the board description that it won't work.

Your CPU is a socket 1155 Intel; the board has a socket AM4 AMD. So if you buy the board, you'll need to get an AMD Ryzen socket AM4 CPU + DDR4 memory.

Hello

Thanks for the info. I do have another question.

What would be a good motherboard but not to much money. I do not play any games at all.

So in order to change from 1155 to the new technology what would i need to get a fast computer but like i said not a game player. So i would need motherboard + and the socket also DDR4

Thanks

You would need at LEAST the motherboard, the processor (CPU) to fit that socket and chipset, and new memory (RAM). You might also need to upgrade the power supply and possibly graphics card.
Note also that to get the most out of the newer hardware you will need an SSD drive, preferably a PCIe version to replace the slow hard drive, and possibly other components.
Then when you install the new hardware you will probably need to purchase a new copy (or license) for Windows to go with the motherboard since you r old copy is tied to the old motherboard.
Basically a new computer.
Your choice of Intel or AMD will depend on your personal preference and available funds, just confirm compatibility of socket and chipset to CPU.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Don't get a board with H61 chipset because they do not support USB 3.0. Get the ones with H67 chipset and above, preferably B75.

Edit: I see you listed an i5 3570K which is an unlocked CPU. In order to take advantage of that CPU, you will need a motherboard with either the Z68 or Z77 chipset so that you can overclock it.

Core i5 4570 | 12GB RAM | MSI B85M-E45 | SanDisk 120GB SSD Plus | 2TB HDD | DVD-RW | XFX RX 460 4GB | EVGA 100-W1-0500 500W 80+ Bronze PSU | USB Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 | MS Windows 10 Pro x64
