How i can know my laptop or desktop has vga discret or built-in vga card?

Look at the specs.
Go to Device Manager and click on the > before "Display Adapters" and it will show you what your graphics are, then you can post this back or Google it for more information. Your desktop should be upgradable as far as graphics goes, but your laptop will not be.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Most laptops use integrated graphics. Only the higher end/higher cost models have an actual graphics card.

If you own a desktop, an easy way to visually check is just to look where the monitor cable is plugged in.
