I have a video card of my DELL computer but I dont want to use it anymore and rather I want to utilise my onboard graphics from the motherboard. How can I disable the video card and enable the onboard graphics?

Simply pull the card. The bios should default to onboard if the card is absent.
You may need to uninstall the drivers from the operating system and install appropriate Dell driver for the onboard.

I'm curious why you would want to do this? A graphics card, even a low end one, is almost always better than onboard graphics. Plus the onboard will "steal" system memory & degrade overall system performance.
