Windows XP TrueFaster is an illegal and modified version of Windows. It would be improper to help you with that. Buy a genuine copy of Windows and we will be glad to help you.

I know Windows Truefaster is an illegal version of windows. This PC had a genuine version of Vista. Is there anyway I can recover the previous OS? I think that would address all the issues I guess.

Questions regarding pirated software are against forum rules. You should have kept that tidbit of info to yourself. It's very possible your thread will be deleted.

As for your screen problem, all you need to do is adjust the settings. Could be a software/driver setting, could be a monitor setting. It's difficult to provide any additional info because you didn't post the make/model of your graphics card or monitor, or whether the cable connection is VGA, DVI, or HDMI.
