Dell notebook won't recognize charger

Specs: Windows 7 x64
I have this problem and i can't find the solution. I've been trying to crack it for two weeks now.

I have a Dell n4050, and it doesn't recognize the charger as plugged in.

Here is what i have tried:

- change charger, used an universal charger
- check bios, bios says no charger connected
- remove internal battery do clear bios
- boot with an ubuntu flash drive
- replace battery for a new one
- clean connectors
- checked voltage, 6 wires, 3 negatives, 3 positives, i get 19,3volts no matter the combination
- checked continuity for all wires, 6 for energy plus one blue at the center, all ok
- if i remove the battery and plug the charger, the notebook powers on by itself, but if i shut it down, it won't power back on
- if i insert the battery, it doesn't charge, but also won't reduce percentage, but it powers on normally every time
- set energy setting back to standart

This is NOT the error where it says "plugged in, not charging". It never shows there is an ac plugged in.
There is only one last thing to try: to update the bios, but it won't update without a charger connected, so it's no use.

You guys have any idea?
Sorry for broken english.

Sounds like you've ruled out the power supply, so the other option would be the mainboard.

I suppose... do you happen to have the schematics?

Nope, but a quick search for "dell n4050 schematic diagram pdf" shows promise
