Will My GIGABYTE EPA3-UD3L Motherboard handle G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 RAM?

DDR, DDR2, & DDR3 are all physically different from each other & will ONLY fit in the RAM slots they were designed for.

In other words DDR3 RAM will NOT work in a DDR2 slot.

BTW, I believe your board model number is GA-EP43-UD3L

I bet I can fit one into the other. Will it work then?
