Looking at DDR3 1066 RAM...
...it looks like it would be only $10 more for DDR3 1333 RAM. But, I need clarification:What's the difference between the DDR3 10600/10660/10666 RAM?
My guess would be the speed. I support the 'Everybody Draw Mohammed Day'. A religion doesn't deny my freedom.
It's all in the way the RAM manufacturer rounds the bandwidth number. For DDR3-1333, the correct bandwidth is 10666.6666. As you've found out, some call it 10600, some call it 10660, & others call it 10666. It's all the same thing.
Thanks again jam, I do appreciate it...
I made an assumption that you wanted to know the difference between the 1333 and the rest. I support the 'Everybody Draw Mohammed Day'. A religion doesn't deny my freedom.
