Specs: Windows XP
Is it possible in ANY way for the Provider ( Company or Individual ) of Data Recovery Sofware to have access to the information recovered, regardless of whether the data is recovered from hard drive, disc, card or memory stick?

If you are not connected to the internet while the recovery process is happening how could anyone else read your data. The only way they could would be to put some kind of trojan into the recovered files that would activate once the system was reconnected to internet. But why would they?

If you have sent your data storage device to a recovery company then yes they will be able to read recovered data
