Specs: Windows 10
Hello,

My touchscreen stopped working. I don't use it that often but this could have coincided with os upgrade to windows 10. Any ideas?

thanks

If it is due to the upgrade it's likely a driver problem. Open 'device manager' in windows 10 and see if any problems show there. Then check the support page for the computer and monitor (if they're separate devices) and see if they have windows 10 drivers for devices which likely involve touchscreen activities.

It absolutely sounds like you need Windows 10 compatible driver for the monitor. If you did not update your drivers when you went to Windows 10 then I would check chipset driver and graphics driver if you have a distinct graphics card or chip as well and update all of the.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
