Solved Corsair VS350 trouble shooting

October 15, 2013 at 10:31:51
Specs: windows XP
Just installed new Corsair VS350 to Packard Bell PC.
It won't fire up. Not a glimmer of life. Everything just unplugged and re-plugged in turn.
Found the problem - 8 pin for mother board splits into 2 4 oins, one of which suits my pc.
Now working.

Not to question your abilities but sometimes we all overlook the simplest things, is the power switch on the outside of the power supply in the On position?

Are you saying you've fixed the problem and your post is for information?

Never heard of oins - is that a typo for something?

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

the o and p are next to each other on the keybroad, oins is likely pins.
