hai my pcs cooling fan spins heavily . cpu tempature is above 55 degree c. all programmes runs slowly& all progammes are upadted . no virus. fan make heavily noise

What does that mean - temp is above 55C? Does that mean 56C or 90C? And where are you getting the temp reading from? We also need to know which CPU you have & whether it's a desktop system or a laptop.

hai iam using desktop. it is pentim 4 model524 proceeser using windows xp operating system and atx moterbord .when i start the pc i preess F2 from system i got information that the temp of cpu is 55 degree c

The P4 524 is a Prescott & they are known to run hot. I assume the 55C reading is at idle? Did it run cooler at one time? Are you using the stock Intel cooling fan?
