A new drive interface board. Which will not happen unless someone pays the manufacturer to redesign it. Cheaper to buy another drive. You will not see the speed differences except under certain conditions,

You can't convert the drive. You'll need a new SATA 3 HDD & either a motherboard that natively supports SATA 3 or SATA3 PCIe controller card. For example:
