Did you check if the line is active ?

Did you unplug the modem power plug from wall socket and re-plug it ?

Did you check passwords and/or modem parameters with the ISP's values ? Your ISP may have made changes to its parameters and you have not input them in the modem.

As a last resort, you can upgrade firmware of your modem and reset it.
