Computer turns on, monitor light blinks.

January 15, 2011 at 06:49:55
Specs: Windows Vista
this has happened 3 times over the course of 1 year.
the first time, after a while turned on by itself.
the second time, i removed the ram, replugged and it worked.

this time nothing seems to work. i tried replugging the ram.
before time of all of these failures, the keyboard and monitors stopped working after a while. (PS2 only, usb worked)

now when i turn on my computer, the 3 keyboard lights turn on (num lock caps lock etc.).
but they don't turn on again, and the monitor light blinks, as if the computer is off.
the cpu fan and everything seem to run, but it does not boot and OS or anything.

How old is this computer? Is there a warrenty? If it is still under warrenty have them fix it afterall you paid for it. If not the keyboard issues suggest to me either motherboard or power supply. 300 watts really isn't much for todays systems. If I were to build a comparible pc I would use at least 400 watts psu.
