Computer shuts down after 1 second

Specs: Windows 7

I am having a problem where the computer shuts down by itself after I turn it on after 1 second.

The funny thing is, this only happens when the computer is in my house. When the computer is moved to the technician's place, everything works fine!

I have tried changing power supply, power supply cable, power socket in the house (i.e. connecting it in different rooms of the house) and none solved the problem. The only way to solve the problem is to switch it on at the technician's area.

Does anyone know the possible cause for this really unusual problem? Please help, thanks.

You may have a low voltage issue in your house. If there are other appliances running on the same circuit.
