I think you need to take it to a repair shop before you do even more damage to it.

If you can straighten out the pins the cpu is probably OK or at least not worse than it was before you started.

So if it can be fixed it's going to depend on what and how it was burned and if you did any damage by not unplugging it.

Oh, and the computer wasn't working when you put it back together. Fans and drives spinning up and LEDs flashing don't make a working computer.

Everything was working like the fan was spinning and the light was flashing too but there was nothing showing on the screen an I have touch the motherboard when I was cleaning the inside of it but is it safe to take the processor out about 10 times cause I have Don that 10 times so I just took the processor out and never Pyotr it back again so I don't wanna mess with it that's why I took it out

It sounds like maybe you took the processor out and didn't put it back. If that's true then obviously the computer isn't going to work. Other than that I have no idea what you're talking about.

You need more help than we can give you here. As ijack mentioned previoiusly, you need to take it to a shop.

There are many issues here that could not be explained and resolved through a forum alone. You apparently do not have the experience to do this or explain exactly what happened to any who are not physically there.
1- We are not sure what the original problem was.
2- We are not sure why you thought the CPU was damaged.
3- We are not sure why you would take out the CPU and then put the same one back if you thought it was damaged in some way.
4- We do not understand why you pulled and replaced it 10 times.
5- We doubt that you cleaned and reapplied thermal compound between the CPU and the heat sink when you reassembled it.
6- We do not think you have the technical knowledge to determine what the problem was, straighten the pins without breaking them off, or reassembling the system in a way that will work properly.

I agree with the advice to take it to a quality computer repair shop while there is a chance of fixing the computer still. Mess around too much and it may be more expensive to repair later.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Please take the system to a qualified repair shop. You apparently need to purchase a new CPU and possibly a new motherboard. They would help you evaluate what you need without charging you, but I would recommend that you pay them to reassemble and test the system before you leave so that you are done and working.
Other than that, I can only repeat what I have already said.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
