Every cord is connected in and outside the computer. The cord that connects the power button to the computer. It still doesn't turn on but there's a green light on on the motherboard.

Well there is a signs of power is still present on the computer. Is there any beep signals coming from the computer?

no beep signs are coming from the computer. near the power cord the green light is on. i changed the power button cord that doesnt work.

how about removing the ram(s) then see if the computer gives beep signals.

No let's exclude smps for a moment and tell me if there is any Beep signals if you remove the rams for a moments.
