|How did you check the powersupply? If it is indeed OK then identifying which component/s are faulty is a process of elimination.|
Disconnect all power & data cables from floppy/optic & hard drives. Unplug any USB devices and take out any PCI cards. Leave only Known good powersupply, CPU with heatsink & fan, 1 stick of ram, graphics card, keyboard & monitor.
Most motherboards will exhibit at least an LED if there is power present. even before hitting the startup switch. If no power is getting to the motherboard at all then the board is likely to have failed. I still suspect your powersupply.
