Computer doesn't recognize anything

Specs: Windows Vista 32 Bit
I accidentally reinstalled LIBUSB and now my computer won't recognize any external connections like the ethernet cable, speakers, USB devices, etc.

Try performing a system restore back to before the problem.

That actually cause a lot of the problem. Before system restoring, my Ethernet and speakers were connected although when I tried connecting other USB Devices like a flash drive & my iPhone, they wouldn't connect. After I system restored, none of these devices would connect.

I suspect you performed a factory system restore. I am referring to a Windows system restore. From the start button go to help and support. Type system restore and read how to use system restore.

All a Windows system restore does is roll back to the restore point you choose. A factory restore sets everything back to the way you bought the computer. That is the difference.

If a system restore didn't fix the issue then I think you will need to perform a repair installation. Look at the link below for help with that.
