Computer crashing while playing games

Specs: Windows 7 SP1 64 bits, i5-3570k/8 Gb
Hello everyone, I am new here and I think this is a great place for computer help!
I've built my new computer a week ago and I'm having a problem and I need to know if any part is defective to do a RMA.
When I play games, (League of Legends, Cod4,..), my computer randomly crashes to a black screen and reboot. I've tried to run OCCT on my GPU for about 30 minutes @ 90 degrees C without problem. I've done one or two pass in Memtest+ to check my RAM too.
Any thoughts on this? Maybe it is my PSU?
Here is my rig:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bits
CPU: Intel Core i5-3570K
MOBO: MSI Z77A-G45 LGA 1155 Intel Z77
GPU: EVGA SuperClocked 012-P3-1573-AR GeForce GTX 570
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB DDR3 1600
HDD: WD Caviar Black 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache

On the windows event error I see that the crash is a Kernel-power id 41

Run memtest86+ overnight.

Have you checked CPU & system temperatures?

You have a bottom mounted case. I am not a fan of those because heat rises and top mounted PSUs help dissipate the heat. In your can there is a number of opens and fans that could be causing one or more components to overheat.

I suggest you install HWMonitor and then monitor the temperatures and voltages in real time. Get HWMonitor at the link below.

Error 41 is classified as an error of unknown origin generated when the system has been shut down unexpectedly.

Your processor may be shutting down the system to protect itself. Did you apply thermal paste/pas properly and use an approved Heatsink/fan?

Thanks for the answers!
This is not a blue screen error. I get black screen and freeze/reboot.

I ran memtest already and my ram looks fine. I'll try again. My temperature look fine too I think. My GPU does not go over 78 degrees while playing games on ULTRA settings. I have a Cooler Master Case with 3 fans.
-2 x 200mm fans (one on front and one on top)
-1 x 140mm fan at the back

My crashes can happen randomly. I played BF3 for 1 or 2 hours, then I switched to Call of Duty 4 (which is less demanding) and it crashed after 15 minutes.

I used the stock fan for the CPU and the temps are around 30-40 I think.
