I clean them all with dust off and put them all back together, when i started up my pc it randomly turned off, i started it up agian and then it gave me a screen that said my keyboard wasn't plugged in and aswell as displaying : Cpu overheat Error.

Never remove a cpu heatsink unless you're having shutdown issues. When you re applied the heatsink did you clean it thoroughly and reapply a layer of new thermal paste. If not, you need to do that now. It's probably shutting off because the cpu is overheating. Next time, just use a can of compressed air and a light paint brush to remove dust.
