Specs: Windows XP Pro SP3, 3gb
I have a Dell Precision 380 Pentium D Running XP Pro SP3 on 2x80GB RAID1 SATA HDDS. I need to clone this OS onto a larger HDD, partitioning the larger

HDD as needed, to make it bootable in a Dell Precision 390, after which I can then Re-RAID1 the newer, larger, partitioned drives. Bios in 380 is set to

"RAID" (just plain RAID not ATA or ACHI RAID - AUTO SELECT) just the single word RAID selection.

If you can't play youtube (320p) on newer computers, then you know you got ripped off

Check the support page for the 'larger HDD'. They should have installation/cloning software for that purpose. I assume it'll work with a RAID setup but I've never tried it.

Which is it? RAID 0, 1, 5, etc? Are you running SATA or SCSI drives?

I think system only can be resintalled and it can't be clone, for computer may not be able to boot. if want to try cloning systen, then copy files sector by sector, after which you need to set the new hard drive as primary drive.
