So rather than running a cleaner, you'd rather start from scratch? OK, I guess that's your business.

Do you have the Vista disc & the product key code? Do you have copies of all the device drivers (chipset, video, sound, network, wireless, etc)? Do you have copies of all the software you'd like to reinstall? Did you back up all your important data (pictures, videos, word docs, emails, favorites, etc) so that they can be transferred back to the new Windows installation again?

Your laptop is infected with Malware. First try downloading and installing a program called Malwarebytes.

Also download and install ccleaner from here. Use the slim version

If you still have problems, post back.

Download and run the programs I suggested. If you can't do it from within Windows, use Safe mode with Networking. If you insist on reformatting, pop your restore disks in the cd tray and fire away.

"antimalware doctor" is an infection. All you had to do was google it & you'd find out how to remove it. Like so:

Unless you've installed monitoring software, whenever you get a popup warning of some kind of malware infection, that warning IS the infection.

As already recommended, try malwarebytes first. You can always reinstall later if that's what you want.
