Seems like the common factor is internet working (unless flash player crashes offline too). This makes me wonder whether true suit, which is also a common factor, is interfering. I know little about that program but it looks like you can disable it and see if that helps:

It has definitely been known to crash Chrome (if you are using that) and the recommendation here is to uninstall it:
Probably best to keep that idea on the back burner for now unless you are using Chrome.
One other (quite different) thought. Have you got CCleaner onboard? If not get it here:
This removes a lot of useless general tosh that builds up in computers and can sometimes cause issues. Only use the Cleaner itself for now (not the registry cleaner and other features).
