You're a bit vague on what happens when you try to access the
routers ip config page, but easiest option is to reset the router to
its default - usually done by inserting a sharp object into a reset
button on the router whilst powering on, but best to check the
manual to be sure.

I'm no networking expert, but what's wkip? What router do you have, and what exactly are you trying to do?

actually the Wkip was part of the info I received from another site. I ended up going online with Verizon who helped me change the settings. Thanks to all for the help.
