Certain keyboard keys don't work.

Specs: Windows 10 64-Bit, i5-7600K / DDR4-16GB
I just bought a new keyboard three days ago and all of the F-Keys and the three keys on the right hand side of them do not work.

My keyboard is the Roccat Horde AIMO. I tried everything for hours but nothing helps.

I have the keyboard software "Roccat Swarm" installed and when I go on the configuration of the keyboard, it says "EasyShift" instead of e.g. F1, F2. So I change it to F1 on F1, F2 on F2. But still, nothing happens.

It isn't a hardware problem because the lighting works perfectly on all the keys. It must be something with the drivers or software.

I'd be much inclined to contact the vendor and seek their help; maybe request a replacement... If that doesn't work out then request a refund and buy a different make of keyboard...?

And presumably another known to be OK keyboard does work OK?

Thanks for all replies. Does anybody know a keyboard with that has the main keys, a numpad, macro keys and maybe some multimedia keys in the gaming keyboard genre?

Press FN + F1

it should be next to your windows key / ALT-left / CTR-left

I see problems like this occur mostly in laptops where certain functions are bound to F keys, here is an article about it & some pictures as a reference:
