CDFS File On CD Won't Open. Says No Program Associated

October 14, 2012 at 19:28:43
Specs: Windows 7
Basically I double clicked the cd/dvd rom drive which has a cd-r audio cd in and this error message pops up

an image will better explain

BUT if i right click then open it works fine

I think it is something to do with the CDFS driver itself,

Is there some way of creating a registry entry to make any CDFS type cd to open with windows media player

Control Panel >> AutoPlay

Against "Audio CD", from the drop-down box choose "Play audio CD using Windows Media Player".
Click "Save".

I've tried that already, every kind of audio or music cd and anything multimedia in general are set to open with windows media player.

Your suggestion doesnt work.

Plus I am not trying to configure Autoplay, I dont want anything to autoplay, I want the ability to be able to double click my drive in my computer and for it to open and for me to see the contents, that to much to ask ? -_-
