Provide more information.
What internet service do you use and what speed is supposed to deliver?
How many users share your connection?
Are you able to connect by wire instead of wireless to see if that improves the situation? How far from the router to your PC? and what is in between that may be inhibiting signal strength?
What are the system specs of your PC and what else is running in the background that may be interfering with the video performance?

I have DSL thru AT&T phone line and a Netgear wireless router. I'm in the same room as the router. My laptop is a Dell Inspiron with the Basic Windows Vista operating system. I don't want to have to wire connect to the modem.
