Specs: Windows 7
Help...I just got a new laptop with MS Win7. I am unable to play any games. "Hardware acceleration is either disabled or not supported by your video card driver. Make sure you have latest video card driver installed and that hardware acceleration is turned on." I know hardware acceleration is on. Now what do I do?

how about some insight on your laptop model ?
Looks to me like you either dont have the latest drivers to run the game or not the supported hardware

T40 comes up with many possibilities on their site.

Find out your exact model and try downloading all of the latest drivers for it and installing them, just make sure that they are for your exact model and exact version of Windows 7. If this does not help, you need to contact your Tech support or take it back to where you purchased it since it is under warranty.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

okie dokie, is adobe flash player installed on your computer if not google it, and install it first and try it again.

You don't say what browser you use, but It matters not. go to you tube and try to play any video. Where the video should be playing, right in the middle of video screen right click, it should have an option for settings, and if you click settings it brings up a check box for "enable hardware acceleration, put in a check mark", close the browser entirely out, restart it and see if it fixes the problem.

It could easily be 10 years old. What is the type number on a label on the bottom of the laptop?
