It’s a problem with your antivirus as there is some attack of malware in your pen drive or system. So use some anti-malware software or antivirus then format your pen drive to reconfigure the same if previous step will not work.

"Can't open my documents and pictures, all were shortcuts"

"Shortcut documents in my USB. how can i access them?"

Those statements are as clear as mud.

You need to explain what your problem is a lot better.
.....

Shortcuts to files on a USB flash drive will work only ....

- if the USB flash drive the files are on is plugged into a USB port the flash drive can be recognized properly in. It may not be recognized properly when it's plugged into certain USB ports.

- if the USB flash drive has been assigned the same drive letter by Windows as in the shortcut. That may not be the same as when the shortcuts were made. A drive letter assigned to a USB flash drive is not necessarily the same as when it was last plugged in. Drive letters are assigned by Windows when the USB flash drive is plugged in according to which drive letters were available when it was plugged in - it assigns the first drive letter available alphabetically.

RIGHT click on the shortcuts to files on the USB flash drive that don't work, Note which drive letter the shortcut is to at the beginning of the location.
Go to Computer and see which drive letter is presently being assigned to the USB flash drive. If the drive letters are different, the existing shortcut won't work.

- if there is no problem reading the files on the USB flash drive..
Go to Computer - double click on the drive letter for the USB flash drive. Can you see files on the USB flash drive fine ?
If NO, that's a common problem, and that can usually be fixed.

For whatever reason (malware or windows 7 bug) they've turned into hidden files. Check # 7 here and my # 15 if you need help with the syntax:

Also, Derek found this which goes a different route to unhide them:
